Our Story
At Advanced Trauma Institute, our journey began with a shared passion for trauma care and a commitment to improving healthcare education. Founded by husband and wife duo, Frank and Laura, our institute blends real-world experience with a dedication to making trauma training accessible for all.

Frank, a seasoned paramedic with a wealth of experience in health provider education, previously owned a successful CPR company that trained over 150,000 students each year. His career advanced when he became a course coordinator for the Advanced Trauma Life Support (ATLS) program at a prestigious Level One trauma center. It was during this pivotal role that Frank identified a critical gap in trauma education, especially in rural America, where trauma providers often struggle to access the training they need.
Laura, an emergency department nurse, shares Frank's commitment to providing exceptional care. Together, they envisioned a solution: to bring high-quality ATLS courses directly to those who need it most, enhancing the skills and knowledge of trauma providers nationwide.
